Skyworth was founded in 1988, soon to become what is today a Group of companies located within Shenzhen High Tech Industrial Park, considered as “China’s silicon valley”, employing more than 37,000 people globally. Skyworth is a large-scale high-tech corporation mainly engaged in the development and manufacturing of consumer electronics and multimedia devices, such as display devices, digital set top boxes, security monitors, network communication, cell phones, LED lighting etc. Moreover the group engaged in the industry of household appliances such as refrigerators and washing machines, while just recently, Skyworth added research, development and manufacturing of air conditioners into the wide range of activities.
We, Shenzhen Skyworth Air Conditioning Technology Co. Ltd., are a wholly owned subsidiary company of Skyworth group, with a registered capital of 32.3 million USD. We are a specialized air conditioning equipment manufacturer & supplier, particularly focused in research, development, production and sales of environmental and intelligent air conditioning products. Our production bases are covering 270,000 m2 in Longgang District, Shenzhen, and 480,000 m2 in Zhuhai, Guangdong China. The total annual manufacturing capacity is 6m of RAC & LCAC sets with a total production value exceeding 1.6 billion USD just at the initial stage. It is the first one and still the only one air conditioning manufacturing plant in Shenzhen.
Premium quality
The main advantage of Skyworth A/C is premium quality. Manufacturing and components standards are by default highest than all existing industry standards. The parts chosen, including compressors and electronic parts are carefully selected from the best industry leaders, such as Mitsubishi and Toshiba, while electronic components come from renowned Japanese manufacturers. Testing standards such as efficiency, sound, vibration, strain, temperature, accelerated aging and other durability tests are done in excess of usual standard. The end product is tested on a rate of 100% especially for leakage or other fundamental faults.
Raw material chosen also complies to highest standard. U-Groove copper piping, blue anti-corrosive fins, and machine automated manufacturing of key components, ensure a high quality product.
Technology and reliability.
Units carry the latest in technology innovation. Stepless fan control motors and i-Feel function offer low noise and increased users convenience, ion generators and IFB filters offer the highest quality of air, and Wifi offers the latest technology in smart operation. Units are equipped with Japanese brand compressors and systems to allow operation under the hardest conditions such as -15 Celsius fort both cooling and heating.
